Is it free to search for properties on QuickRents?
Yes, browsing and searching for properties is completely free. You only need to create a free account when you want to contact a property owner.
How do I contact a property owner?
When you find a property you're interested in, click on "Request Contact Details." You'll need to provide your name and phone number. The owner will then be able to contact you directly.
Are the property listings verified?
We work to ensure all listings are legitimate. Property owners must create an account to list their properties, and we monitor for suspicious activity. However, we always recommend visiting a property before making any payments.
Can I save properties to view later?
Yes! Once you're logged in, you can save your favorite properties and access them from your profile dashboard.
How do I find properties in my preferred area?
Use the Locations page to browse by area, or use the Filters on the Properties page to narrow down by city, locality, price range, and property type.
For Property Owners
How do I list my property on QuickRents?
Click "Post Property" in the navigation bar, create an owner account, complete the onboarding process, and then you can add your property details, photos, and availability.
Is it free to list my property?
Yes, listing your property is currently free. We're in our growth phase and want to make it easy for owners to connect with potential tenants.
How will I know when someone is interested in my property?
When a tenant requests your contact details, we'll notify you immediately. You'll receive their name and phone number so you can reach out directly.
How do I update my property's availability?
Log in to your Owner Dashboard, go to the Properties section, and edit the listing to update the available capacity, pricing, or any other details.
Can I list multiple properties?
Absolutely! You can add as many properties as you manage from your owner dashboard.
Account & Privacy
Do I need to provide my phone number?
While you can browse without a phone number, you'll need to provide one to contact property owners. This helps maintain a trustworthy community.
How is my data protected?
We use Firebase for secure data storage and follow industry best practices for data protection. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team at support@quickrent.in.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Since we use Google Sign-In for authentication, you don't need a separate password for QuickRents. Simply sign in with your Google account.
Payments & Safety
Does QuickRents handle rent payments?
No, QuickRents is a discovery platform. Rent payments and security deposits are handled directly between you and the property owner.
Should I pay a security deposit before visiting?
Never pay any amount before physically visiting the property and verifying all details. Legitimate owners will not ask for money upfront without a site visit.
What should I do if I encounter a fraudulent listing?
Please report it immediately through the Contact page or email us at support@quickrent.in. We take fraud seriously and will investigate promptly.
